When Thomas Tutorials is threatened with suit or sued by a third party, Thomas Tutorials may seek written assurances from you concerning your promise to indemnify Thomas Tutorials ; your failure to provide such assurances may be considered by Thomas Tutorials to be a material breach of this Agreement. Thomas Tutorials will have the right to participate in any defense by you of a third-party claim related to your use of any of the Website content or Products, with counsel of Thomas Tutorials choice at its expense. Thomas Tutorials will reasonably cooperate in any defense by you of a third-party claim at your request and expense. You will have sole responsibility to defend Thomas Tutorials against any claim, but you must receive Thomas Tutorials prior written consent regarding any related settlement. The terms of this provision will survive any termination or cancellation of this Agreement or your use of the Website or Products.

VI. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND

By using this Website or ordering Products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms and conditions on this Website.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

 

VI. TERMS
(A) Students are expected to be very disciplined and obedient. (B) Attendance is compulsory for lectures and tests. If the child is absent for any reason, then the parent to supposed to submit the leave reason not e or call in person. (C) Late-comers may not be a l lowed t o attend that particular lecture. (D) Identity card/ notes/ note book etc. should be brought to the lectures regularly. (E) Home-work/ Assignments/ Tutorial s should be done sincerely and when asked must be shown during the lecture. (F) The classroom will be open TEN minutes before the commencement of the lecture. Total silence an d decorum must be observed in the class room. (G) If a student is absent for a particular lecture/ test, then he/ she mus t make up for the loss. The student is expected to make up the portion covered in the missed lecture and complete the relevant assignment before attending the next lecture. (H) Students are expected to leave the Tutorials and it s premises immediately after the lecture. (I) If you are carrying a cell phone in the classroom, then ensure it is switched off (not silent or vibrator mode). Any student found using mobiles and or other gadget inside the classrooms, corridors or during lectures shall be strictly dealt with. (J) Student are warned that they should not meddle with the electrical switches or air conditioners. (K) Parents are requested to pay the installments on or before time, failing to which there would be a penalty levied, a Penalty Rs. 750/-. (L) Students who can’t tolerate lower temperature due to air-conditioning of the classroom, are requested to carry warm clothes. Under no circumstance will air conditioners be put off at the ir request. (M) Any student found damaging the property of the classrooms shall have to replace the same or pay for the replacement. (N) Writing on the desk, walls is strictly prohibited. Any student found doing so will be expelled from the classes without any refund. After recovering the damage cost. (O) Any and every misbehavior will not be tolerated and the student will be instantly pulled up for counseling. (P) Fees once paid will be neither adjusted / refunded nor transferred. (Q) Those who don’t pay their subsequent installments for more than one week will have their admissions declared null and void, and the fees paid earlier will be forfeited. The management will not be responsible for reminding students about paying the installments. (R) If a child is absent for a tests then he/she will have to write the entire paper three times. (S) All Examination paper s are to be duly signed by Parents. No re-examination will be conducted. (T) Parents/ Students are supposed to login online regularly to view the timetable and other reports. (U) Parents/ Students are advised to participate in the online/ offline discussion s so as to voice your suggestions and view points. (V) The decision of the Management will be final always , in all matters pertaining Thomas Tutorials. (W) Parents are requested to clear all their doubts before enrolling. (X) Any attempt made to disturb or defy the teacher will b e treated as breach of discipline. (Y) Students are requested not to misuse any stationery. (Z) Parents are requested to
stay in touch with the Branch Principal/Teachers regularly.

Code of Ethics and Policies for Student’s & Parent’s
Upon acceptance to TT, I agree to abide by the following Code of Ethics during the tenure of my education in the organization.
 Only three holidays in consecutive two months will be allowed. Exceeding this, the parents has to in personal meet the Branch head/ Principal before
continuing further lects.  Attendance to al l lects are compulsory.  Stay absent at your own risk. The branch will not be keeping any recap lects for the same (unless it’s a medical situation)  All test are mandatory & attendance is must.  Any concerns with the test topics, inform your branch staff a week prior.  Follow the L-TAD method [ Lecture – Test – Assignment – Discipline] for Guaranteed success.

VII. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The following are to be submitted at the office to complete the admission with us:
1. Application form duly filled in and signed by both student and parent (After carefully reading and understanding the Regulations, instruction and the
Rules of Refund). 2. Attested copy of Standard 10th Mark Sheet. 3. Two recent passport-sized colour photographs of student. 4. Payment can be made in CASH, CHEQUES, ONLINE PAYMENT, DD or PAY ORDER to be drawn in favour of TT Educere Pvt. Ltd. 5. Outstation Cheques are NOT accepted.
NOTE: CLASS XI & XII COACHING IS AN INTEGRATED COURSE. HENCE, ONLY CLASS XI IS NOT OFFERED.
However, enrollment for Class XII + MHT-CET/ NEET/ JEE can be taken
In case any cheque is dishonoured by the bank, ` 350 per cheque shall be charged as penalty and the fees amount to be paid (of dishonoured cheque) by cash only (including the penalty charges). Service Tax is applicable as per the Government Rules and may be subject to change.

About Fee Concessions
Our Fees for the various courses are fixed and therefore no arbitrary concessions are offered to anyone, irrespective of personal relationship with management or other staff members.
However, concession on fees maybe considered in the following cases:
1. Student securing high percentage in the Standard X Board Examinations. 2. Economically weak students with good result in Std X Board Examinations.
3. Students who are siblings of ex-students. 4. Students making payment of entries fees at the time of admission. 5. 50% blood relation with a TT Staff working over one year.
For details parent of deserving students can apply at the office of our respective branches.
This performance incentive is given as a reduction in fees of last installment only.

About Refund of Fees
In case a student wants to change the course initially selected, must inform in writing before completion two weeks of commencent of lecture.
For refund of fees. The following formalities MUST HAVE been completed:
1. Application for cancellation of admission MUST be submitted in WRITING. Verbal or Telephonic requests or intimation for cancellation will NOT BE
CONSIDERED. 2. The date on which the WRITTEN APPLICATION is submitted at the respective branch of TT will be considered as the date of request for
cancellation. 3. The absenteeism of a student over a long period of time alone without an application for cancellation will NOT BE CONSIDERED as the
cancellation of admission.
Class IX & XII coaching is an integrated course. Requests for cancellation for Class XII after Class XI will NOT be considered.
The refund of fees is not applicable under any circumstances (including any change of plans, change of residence, change of college, change of stream, and/or any other similar circumstances), except under the “TT – Exit Plan”. Our; ”TT – EXIT PLAN FOR STUDENTS” for all courses:
At TT, the quality of teaching and services that are provided to the students are of top quality and we have complete faith in them. However, we have a
TT – Exit Plan for Students’ in place. The benefit of this policy can be availed within two weeks form commencement of the lectures at TT. On receipt of the written application for cancellation of admission, the student/parent shall be entitled to receive the refund amount calculated as follows:
Refund amount will be amount of fees (without the ST/GST) paid to TT minus ` 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand).
The refund cheque will be issued in September 2016.
Cancellation of admission will NOT BE CONSIDERED after first two week.

I/ we declare that all the information that I/we have written in the admission form is complete and correct. I/ we further state that I/we have read all the rules and regulations and I/ we here by promise to abide with the same. I understand the fee structure and payment details as explained to me and I fully agree.
